I am an English & Afrikaans speaking butcher who lives on the farm Es-Bons near Aubonne, Vaud. We offer dry-aged steaks, British-style sausages, dry-cured smoked and unsmoked bacon, roasts, chop as well as traditional South African style products like boerewors, biltong, dry wors and chili bites.
